Return/Exchange Policy
RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept regular priced items for exchange within 14 days of your order being delivered. We do not offer refunds at this time. Promotional items or discounted items are eligible for an exchange. Promotional items or discounted items that are 50% or more off the original price will be a FINAL SALE (no exchanges). After 14 days, we will not accept any exchanges. Items must not be worn (except to try on), washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must have their original tags attached with proof of purchase ready upon request. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping labels will be at the customer’s own expense.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours during normal business days, Monday - Friday (excluding the holidays or weekends). Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. Please Note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT. Processing time occurs within 1-3 BUSINESS days. Items are shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CT. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. If order is placed during Holidays, orders will be processed on the next business day. Items are shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days from processing time. Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items. If items are not received within 7 days of tracking notification, please contact carrier with the tracking number provided.
