RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received, you will be notified by email. We will inspect all items and notify you of an approval or rejection. Items must be in the original condition as received and with tag still attached. If approved, your refund will be processed within 6-8 business days of the date in which we received the return. Please contact your bank if it has exceeded 10 days and you have not received a refund that has been approved by Scrub Culture. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns unless the item was received damaged or defensive. No refund on digital products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days of delivery date.
Please do not return items without notifying us and receiving approval. If items are returned without notification and become lost, items will not be refunded or replaced.
You may exchange items for sizes and colors that are in stock. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanged items unless the item was received damaged or defective. No returns or exchanges on undergarments, hosiery, or compression socks.
Orders can be canceled up to 8 hours during normal business days, Monday - Friday (excluding the holidays or weekends). Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. Please Note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT. Processing time occurs within 1-3 BUSINESS days. Items are shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days.
